Peace, trade and reconstruction headline Ukraine-India talks in Kyiv

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha and his Indian counterpart Subrahmanyam Jaishankar discussed peace efforts and ways to expand trade and economic ties between the two countries.
The talks took place in Kyiv during Jaishankar’s first visit to Ukraine, with the two diplomats also addressing the security situation in the Black Sea, freedom of navigation, global food security, and nuclear threats from Russia, Caliber.Az reports.
Sybiha and Jaishankar further discussed ways to strengthen Ukrainian-Indian relations.
The Ukrainian foreign minister said Kyiv was ready to expand trade, investment, and business ties, as well as to involve Indian businesses in Ukraine’s reconstruction.
