Ukraine mobilisation drives tense, unusual confrontations across regions VIDEO

In Ukraine, Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centres (TRCs) continue mobilisation efforts with such persistence that some incidents have taken on an unusual and, at times, chaotic character.

Footage of what have been described as some of the most striking mobilisation cases has been compiled by Caliber.Az from various Ukrainian sources.

In one incident in the Volyn region, a TRC officer was reportedly forced to climb onto a roof while pursuing a man subject to military service requirements.

According to the footage, during the confrontation the officer and the man both fell from the roof of a residential building. Another recruitment officer standing below attempted to catch the falling individual.

A separate incident in Lutsk appeared to show a man with visible physical limitations, walking with a cane, being approached by TRC personnel.

However, the situation quickly changed when the man suddenly began running at speed, reportedly outpacing the officers pursuing him.
