Ukraine: Nine-storey building catches fire in Kyiv after Russian attack

A nine-storey residential building has caught fire in Kyiv, Ukraine, following a reported attack by Russian forces, according to ASTRA.

The building caught fire in Kyiv’s Dniprovskyi district. Two people were initially reported injured.

An air raid alert had been issued in the Ukrainian capital earlier due to the threat of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

By 5:30 a.m., the number of people reported injured had risen to eight.
