Ukraine receives 1 million munitions via Czech Ammunition Initiative in 2025, PM says
Ukraine has already received one million pieces of large-calibre ammunition this year through the Czech Ammunition Initiative, as announced by Prime Minister Petr Fiala after an online meeting of the Coalition of the Willing on August 13.
"I can also announce that to date, through the Czech Ammunition Initiative, we have already delivered one million pieces of large-caliber ammunition to Ukraine this year," he added, Caliber.Az reports, citing Czech media.
Last year, the Czech Ammunition Initiative helped Ukraine, which has been resisting armed Russian aggression for the fourth year, to receive 1.5 million rounds of ammunition. The Coalition of the Willing is a group of states that actively support Ukraine in its fight against aggression.
