Ukraine has received its first payment of $100 million from South Korea, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.
"This marks the first budgetary aid from our Korean partners, which will be directed towards supporting the social sector," Shmyhal announced via his Telegram channel, Caliber.Az reports.
In addition to this initial payment, Shmyhal revealed that an agreement has been signed with Seoul, potentially enabling Ukraine to raise up to $2.1 billion.
However, he did not provide details on the timeline for these funds or the specific form in which they would be delivered.
