Ukraine has 329 children reported missing and 12,034 deported since the start of the Russian “special military operation” in the country.

According to the state portal "Children of War", 7,819 children that previously went missing have been found, Ukrinform reports, citing the Prosecutor-General’s Office.
Juvenile prosecutors informed that 440 children died and 851 were injured following Russia's armed aggression.

Thus, a total of at least 1,291 children have suffered in Ukraine due to a full-scale war with Russia. However, the figures are not final as work is underway to establish them in places of active combat operations, temporarily occupied and liberated territories.

The most affected children were in Donetsk Region - 424, Kharkiv Region - 266, Kyiv Region - 117, Mykolayiv Region - 77, Zaporizhzhya Region - 76, Kherson Region - 70, Chernihiv Region - 68, Luhansk Region - 64 and Dnipropetrovsk Region - 33.
