Ukraine’s hosting provider Mirohost’s data centre destroyed

A data centre operated by Ukrainian hosting provider MiroHost has been destroyed in Ukraine, Oleksandr Olshanskyi, the company’s founder has said.

According to him, damage to the data centre could cause access problems to some websites hosted on its servers, Caliber.Az reports, citing Ukrainian media.

Internet provider Etherlink also reported damage to its main network node. The company serves, among others, subscribers in central Kyiv, who are currently without internet access.

Earlier, a Ukrainian expert warned that Russia’s large-scale attacks could cause internet disruptions, saying: “Russian attacks on Ukraine’s telecommunications infrastructure have become systematic over the past three weeks.”
