Ukraine's Odesa comes under fresh Russian drone attack

Russia has carried out another drone attack on the city of Odesa.

The information was reported by Serhii Lysak, head of the city’s military administration.

According to the authorities, the strike caused damage to civilian infrastructure and residential buildings. A multi-story apartment block was hit, with an apartment on the upper floors sustaining damage. No further fire broke out at the site.

A recreational facility was also affected, where utility structures caught fire as a result of the attack.

In a separate district of the city, the strike triggered a fire on the grounds of a commercial property.

Details regarding possible casualties are still being clarified.
