Ukraine’s parliament extends martial law for 18th time by 90 days

Ukraine’s parliament (Verkhovna Rada) approved a new decree extending martial law for the 18th time, keeping the special legal regime in place for an additional three months, in a decision passed by a majority of deputies.
Parliament member Yaroslav Zheleznyak wrote on Telegram that 333 deputies voted in favour of the extension, Caliber.Az reports.
The previous martial law decrees were set to expire on February 3 at 05:00 local time. With the new decision finalised, the special regime will remain in effect until May 4, 2026.
