27 February 2026 15:10
On the night of February 27, units of the Ukrainian Defence Forces launched precision strikes on strategic Russian targets, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
In the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, the Luhansk oil depot—used by Russian forces for logistical support—was struck, triggering a large-scale fire. Authorities are currently assessing the full extent of the damage.
Ukrainian forces also carried out attacks on fuel and lubricant storage facilities in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region, further targeting Russia’s military supply chain.
In addition, a drone control center near Rayskoye in occupied Kherson region was hit, disrupting Russian unmanned aerial operations in the area.
