Ukraine to get one million COVID-19 vaccines from Poland

Poland will provide Ukraine with one million vaccines against COVID-19, and plans to transport wounded Ukrainian soldiers.

The information came from the Health Ministry of Poland, RBC-Ukraine reports.

Polish Health Minister Adam Niedzielski met with Ukrainian Ambassador to Poland Vasily Zvarych on September 19 to confirm the supplies of one million Covid-19 vaccines to Ukraine.

"Negotiations also concerned the care of patients from Ukraine, including the transportation of the wounded," the report says.

The Polish side will also donate 100,000 doses of the MMR vaccine, a triple jab against measles, mumps and rubella, to Kyiv.
