Rehabilitating Ukrainian children tour Azerbaijan's Gabala, Sheki regions PHOTO

Ukrainian children undergoing rehabilitation in Azerbaijan have visited the Gabala and Sheki districts as part of measures implemented by the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.

During the excursion, the children visited the Tufandag recreation complex and the Archaeological Centre in Gabala, as well as the Sheki Khan’s Palace and the Karavansaray complex in Sheki, Caliber.Az reports, citing the ministry.

The agency said it is continuing measures to support the rehabilitation of 30 children.

In addition, the children are participating in group therapy sessions, meditation and yoga classes, as well as psychosocial training activities.

The 10-day social rehabilitation programme is aimed at supporting emotional stabilisation and facilitating the children’s integration into society.
