Ukrainian drones strike Crimea: airfields and fuel depots hit VIDEO
In the early hours of October 6, drones reportedly launched by Ukrainian forces struck targets in Crimea, with explosions heard in multiple locations across the peninsula.
According to the Telegram channel “Krymski Veter” (Crimean Wind), the first attack hit the Saky airfield in Novofedorivka, where explosions began around 00:23. Shortly afterwards, reports indicated that air defence systems were activated to intercept the drones, Caliber.Az reports.
Nearly an hour later, explosions were reported in Feodosia, Yevpatoria, the Simferopol district, and near the village of Andriivka, which is close to the Kacha airfield.
Later reports indicated that a fuel depot in Feodosia was hit, with preliminary footage circulating on social media.
Additional strikes were claimed near a military unit located between Yevpatoria and the village of Uiutne.
No official statements have yet been released regarding the consequences of the attacks.
