Ukrainian intelligence conducts operation in Crimea

Hostilities have broken out in the temporarily occupied Crimea this morning.

“Ukrainian intelligence officers landed there as part of a special operation. The Main Directorate of Intelligence for Cooperation with the Navy conducted a special operation,” RBC-Ukraine reports, citing Andriy Yusov of the Main Directorate of Intelligence under the Ukrainian Defence Ministry.

He noted that there were no casualties among the personnel, and the operation was underway.

“We do not disclose all the details, there are losses among the Russian personnel, Russia’s military equipment was destroyed. Information on the number of losses is being specified,” Yusov added.
