Ukrainian intelligence reveals details of Russian rescue operation in "Moskva"
Russian troops pulled out the bodies of dead seamen and classified documents from the “Moskva” missile cruiser of the Russian Black Sea flotilla, which was destroyed by the Ukrainian forces in April, 2022.
The remarks came from the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence, Vadim Skibitskiy, according to UNIAN.
According to him, Russia have conducted the rescue operation at the ship for at least two weeks, involving from five to seven vessels for this purpose.
“These were particularly rescue ships, boats, tugboats, which took out the bodies, removed all the equipment that was classified there and carried out a cleaning at the cruiser - they picked all what was left there and what should not fall into the hands of a third country,” Skibitskiy said.
