Ukrainian Navy neutralises naval mine off Odesa coast video
On November 27, the Ukrainian Navy successfully identified and destroyed a naval mine in the waters off the Odesa region through a controlled detonation.
The operation was reported on the Ukrainian Navy’s official Facebook page.
Military officials confirmed that the mine was eliminated following established procedures, ensuring the threat to maritime navigation and coastal residents was swiftly removed.
The Navy also reminded the public to strictly observe safety rules: any suspicious objects found on the shore or in the water should not be approached, touched, or moved.
Citizens are urged to immediately report such discoveries to rescue services, police, or military authorities, allowing specialists to quickly assess the situation and neutralise potential dangers.
