Ukrainian president looks beyond war, speaks of rest, departure

Speaking to Fox News, the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was asked about his plans after the war ends and after leaving office.

He responded candidly: “I don’t know. I really don’t know. Rest? I want to rest!”

Zelenskyy added that once the war is over, he intends to step down from the presidency, reiterating that his focus remains on ending the conflict and securing Ukraine’s future rather than on his personal plans afterward.
