Unidentified drone crashes in Poland

An unidentified UAV has crashed on private property in the Polish village of Lekowo, RMF FM radio reports. No one was injured and no buildings were damaged as a result of the incident.

Details of the crash remain unclear. According to preliminary information from the radio station, it was most likely a reconnaissance drone that went down during Polish military exercises being conducted in the region.

A day earlier, debris from a crashed drone was also found in the town of Żelazna in the Radzyń County in Poland. As RMF FM quoted Deputy Minister of the Interior and Administration Czesław Mroczek as saying, the fragments discovered likely belonged to a decoy drone — “like most of those that flew into Poland on September 10.”
