United Airlines resumes direct flights between Israel, New York

A United Airlines plane has landed at Ben-Gurion Airport, marking the resumption of direct flights between Israel and New York, Israeli news outlet N12 reports.

The arrival marks the US airline’s return to the Israel-New York route after it suspended flights to the country in late February following the outbreak of hostilities in the region.

Similarly, Delta Air Lines returned to Israel on September 7, with flight DL234 from New York's JFK Airport arriving at Ben-Gurion Airport.
