US boosts Middle East surveillance with E-2D Hawkeye aircraft

The US is sending additional E-2D Hawkeye airborne radar aircraft to the Middle East, with at least five spotted so far, to boost early warning and battle management, according to the Clash Report Telegram channel.

These planes can detect drones, cruise missiles, and aircraft at long range, and help guide intercepts, making them crucial against Iran’s drone-heavy attacks.
