US CENTCOM commander holds security talks with Israeli military chiefs

The commander of the US Central Command (CENTCOM), General Michael Eric Kurilla, is currently on an official visit to Israel. 

During his stay, he met with the Chief of the Israeli Defence Forces General Staff, General Eyal Zamir, according to a report from the IDF.

As part of his visit, General Kurilla participated in a joint panel discussion alongside Israel’s senior military leadership, focusing on regional security challenges and Israel’s ongoing efforts to manage threats posed by Iran.

Following the discussion, the US general toured an Israeli Air Force base with Air Force Commander General Tomer Bar and other high-ranking officials.
