US embassy in Bahrain warns of potential attacks
The United States Embassy in Bahrain has warned that “terrorist groups and those inspired by such organizations are intent on attacking US citizens abroad” and urged American citizens to exercise heightened caution.
In a security alert, the embassy said that terrorist organizations and individuals inspired by them remain intent on targeting US nationals abroad. It cautioned that potential attacks in Bahrain could occur with little or no warning, Caliber.Az reports per the embassy statement.

The embassy specifically advised US citizens to avoid hotels in the capital, Manama, warning that such locations could be potential targets.
It also noted that drone and missile attacks originating from Iran are ongoing in the region, further contributing to security concerns.
The embassy reiterated its call for vigilance, urging Americans in Bahrain to remain cautious and closely monitor official updates.
