US evacuates embassy staff in Lebanon
On February 23, the U.S. Embassy in Lebanon evacuated dozens of its staff from Beirut as a precautionary measure.
Unnamed sources told the Lebanese TV channel LBCI that the employees departed from Beirut International Airport, Caliber.Az cites the channel's post on X.

"The U.S. Embassy in Lebanon today evacuated dozens of its staff through Rafic Hariri International Airport as a precautionary measure due to anticipated events in the region," the report said.
No official comments have yet been made by the U.S. authorities.
