US forces destroy Houthi drones over Read Sea
On May 30, the US military successfully intercepted and destroyed eight UAVs launched by Iranian-backed Houthis, according to Caliber.Az.
This operation was confirmed by the US Army Central Command (CENTCOM) on its social media platform, X.

"Between approximately 3:15 and 5 p.m. (Sanaa time) on May 30, US Central Command (USCENTCOM) forces successfully destroyed eight uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAV) in Iranian-backed Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen and over the Red Sea," CENTCOM reported.
Additionally, USCENTCOM forces alongside the UK Armed Forces conducted strikes against 13 Houthi targets in Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist-controlled areas of Yemen in self-defence.
