US hails Azerbaijan’s release of Armenian servicemen

The United States has welcomed the transfer of five servicemen by Azerbaijan to Armenia.

The remarks came from the US State Department Spokesperson Ned Price on September 9, Report informs.

He noted that this is a positive moment for the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Price said that the necessary steps will be taken in the future to strengthen trust between Azerbaijan and Armenia and resolve existing differences.
