US military destroys drug cartel vessel in Pacific Ocean, three killed VIDEO
The US military on Saturday, May 30, destroyed a vessel that was being used to transport drugs in the eastern Pacific Ocean, according to US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) in a post on X.
“Intelligence confirmed the vessel was transiting along known narco-trafficking routes in the Eastern Pacific and was engaged in narco-trafficking operations,” the command said in its statement.
Three people were killed in the strike. No US service members were injured.
