US spending on Iran operation tops $61 billion in 55 days Figures by the Iran War Cost Tracker

US spending on its military operation against Iran has exceeded $61 billion, according to the Iran War Cost Tracker.

The tracker reported that 55 days after the start of the operation, total expenditures have reached $61.2 billion, including $11.3 billion spent in the first six days.

The operation is currently costing Washington approximately $11,500 per second, $41,666,667 per hour, and $1 billion per day.
