US to unveil $250 million military aid package for Ukraine
The Biden administration is set to announce a new military aid package for Ukraine valued at $250 million, US Secretary of Defence Lloyd Austin revealed on September 6.
The announcement will be made by President Joe Biden, according to Austin, during a meeting of the Ukraine contact group at the Ramstein airbase in Germany, Caliber.Az reports via Russian media.
The forthcoming aid package is part of ongoing US support for Ukraine amidst its ongoing conflict. Secretary Austin confirmed the details of the package during the meeting, which included representatives from various allied nations coordinating military support for Ukraine.
