US Vice President JD Vance announces memoir on his Christian faith

US Vice President JD Vance has announced the release of a new book detailing his journey to Christianity.

Writing on X, Vance said he has been working on the book for a long time and is honoured to finally be able to share the full story with everyone, Caliber.Az reports.

“Communion is about my personal journey and how I found my way back to faith,” he noted.

The book, titled “Communion: In Search of My Path Back to Faith”, is set to be available on online marketplaces from June 16.

According to the book’s description, Vance discusses his conversion to Catholic Christianity and the influence of faith on his personal views and political activities.

In March 2025, Lithuanian publisher Sofoklis removed Vance’s previous book, Hillbilly Elegy, from sale in response to Washington’s stance on Ukraine.
