US VP urges Prince Andrew to testify over Epstein ties PHOTO
U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance has called on Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the stripped-of-titles brother of King Charles III of the United Kingdom, to testify before U.S. lawmakers over his ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, the vice president said he would support bipartisan efforts to summon the former prince to testify before Congress, Caliber.Az reports.
Vance noted that the final decision would rest with Republicans in Congress, who, in his view, are better positioned to determine what information the former prince could provide to assist the Epstein investigation.
“I’ll let them decide for themselves whether they want to speak with Prince Andrew. I would certainly support it, but it’s their decision, not mine,” he added.
This comes after Prince Andrew was ordered on February 3 evening to vacate his Royal Lodge residence on the grounds of Windsor Castle, as his brother, King Charles III, has grown increasingly concerned about the allegations.

Epstein’s archives reportedly contain photographs showing the king’s brother leaning over a woman and touching her waist. The documents also include emails confirming that Prince Andrew continued to actively communicate with Epstein for more than two years after the financier was convicted of sexual offenses involving minors. In addition, in 2019, American woman Virginia Giuffre accused him of being present with several men who allegedly coerced her into sexual acts when she was 17 years old.
