Uzbekistan, Hungary explore closer educational cooperation
Uzbekistan’s Ambassador to Hungary Oybek Shakhavdinov held talks with Tamás Fülöp, Rector of Hungary’s John von Neumann University, to expand academic and educational partnerships between the two countries.
During the meeting, both sides discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation in higher education, science, and workforce training, Caliber.Az reports per foreign media.
Particular attention was given to expanding academic collaboration, implementing joint educational initiatives, and facilitating student and faculty exchanges.
The discussions confirmed mutual interest in strengthening partnerships between universities in Uzbekistan and Hungary and exploring new forms of cooperation aligned with the priorities of both countries’ educational systems.
Both parties expressed readiness to continue dialogue and collaboration on agreed areas to ensure practical implementation of the agreements reached.
