Uzbekistan, UK sign defence cooperation plan

The defence ministries of Uzbekistan and the UK have signed a cooperation plan for 2024 in London.

The regular command and staff talks were held in London with the participation of representatives of the defence departments of Uzbekistan and the UK, Caliber.Az cites Uzbek media as saying.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the current state of cooperation and identified promising areas for its development.

In addition, they shared views on international and regional security issues, including the current problems of Afghanistan.

The talks resulted in the signing of a cooperation plan for 2024.
