Varyag and Marshal Shaposhnikov naval ships arrive in India

Cruiser Varyag and Marshal Shaposhnikov frigate of the Pacific Fleet have arrived in India for the international exercises MILAN 2024.

TASS reports, citing the Russian Defense Ministry.

"A detachment of warships of the Russian Navy's Pacific Fleet consisting of the Varyag guards missile cruiser of the Order of Nakhimov and the Marshal Shaposhnikov frigate arrived at the port of Vishakhapatnam of the Republic of India to participate in the international multilateral naval exercises MILAN 2024," the Defense Ministry said.
