White House: Over 400 Tomahawk missiles fired at Iran video

The Arabic-language account of the White House on the social media platform X has published a video showing US strikes on deep targets in Iran carried out with Tomahawk cruise missiles.

According to the post, the strikes were conducted during the opening phase of Operation Epic Fury.

The publication states that in the first 72 hours of the operation, the United States launched more than 400 Tomahawk cruise missiles against targets inside Iran.

Sources cited in the report say the number of missiles used represents roughly 10% of the total stockpile of cruise missiles held by the US Navy.

The same sources estimate that the cost of the missile launches exceeded $800 million.
