White House receives detailed blueprint of Iranian military sites

14 January 2026 20:03

The Trump administration has been provided with a highly detailed “hit list” of Iranian military targets as President Donald Trump considers potential strikes in response to the regime’s violent crackdown on protesters, Daily Mail reports.

The dossier, compiled by Washington-based nonprofit United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI), contains 50 high-value targets, including the exact coordinates of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ (IRGC) Tharallah Headquarters, the operational hub of Tehran’s security forces. The headquarters effectively functions as the nerve centre controlling police operations involved in suppressing demonstrations.

The target list also identifies four key sub-headquarters responsible for different regions of the capital: the Quds Sub-Headquarters in North and Northwest Tehran, the Fath Sub-Headquarters in the Southwest, the Nasr Sub-Headquarters in the Northeast, and the Ghadr Sub-Headquarters overseeing Central and Southeast Tehran.

By pinpointing these sites, the document provides a blueprint of the IRGC’s command and control structure, detailing how the organization coordinates operations against civilians. “The cycle of protests and suppression will continue unless the balance of power changes between unarmed Iranian protesters and the regime's fully armed and radicalized apparatus of repression,” Kasra Aarabi, Director of IRGC Research at UANI, told Daily Mail.

Beyond central command centers, the dossier also reveals a network of 23 IRGC-Basij regional bases, distributed across Tehran’s 22 municipal districts. The Basij militia, a domestic arm of the IRGC, has been directly implicated in violent actions against protesters.

The document additionally maps a hidden infrastructure across the city that supports intelligence gathering, policing, and psychological operations, highlighting the regime’s capacity to suppress dissent. UANI delivered the dossier to White House officials in the early hours on January 12 ahead of critical security meetings, providing a framework for potential US interventions to support protest movements.
