Winter returns to Azerbaijan PHOTO

Despite the start of spring on the calendar in Azerbaijan, winter is seemingly still there.

Heavy snowfall in Azerbaijan's northern Gabala region from March 31 to April 1 returned the snow-white beauty of the winter.

APA reports that the snow that began at night in the regional centre was 8-15 cm, and in the foothills - more than 20 cm.

A power outage was observed partially in the regional centre, as well as in some villages due to the precipitation.
