WUF13: Hundreds of media representatives register for the forum

More than 800 media representatives have registered to attend the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), Eldar Rasulov, media relations manager at the Azerbaijan Operating Company for WUF13, said.

He made the announcement during an information session for journalists covering the event, adding that around 70% of registered media participants are local journalists, Caliber.Az reports per local media.

Rasulov also noted that a total of approximately 21,000 participants have registered for WUF13.

The forum will take place in Baku from May 17 to 22. It is being organised in close cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) and is focused on exchanging international experience in sustainable urban development, smart cities, and innovative urban solutions.
