22-year-old Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner won the Australian Open.

In the final game, he defeated Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev with a score of 3:2 (3:6, 3:6, 6:4, 6:4, :63). This is Italy's first victory in this tournament.
