US: YouTuber, wife shot dead in Las Vegas Strip livestream Shooter known as “Sin City Manny” now in custody / video
A shooting near the iconic Bellagio Fountains on the Las Vegas Strip, US, captured live on a YouTube stream, has left two people dead.
The victims have been named locally as fellow streamer Finny Da Legend and his wife, known online as Bubbly, Caliber.Az reports per US media.
The alleged gunman, who goes by the name Sin City Manny, is understood to be in police custody.
The shooting happened just before 11 pm on June 8 (local time) and has sparked a full investigation by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.
Video footage shows Finny Da Legend walking near the Bellagio while streaming live with his wife. Another man—later identified as Sin City Manny—briefly appears in the background before returning and arguing with the woman. Moments later, multiple gunshots can be heard.
Eyewitnesses reported scenes of panic as tourists ran for cover. The stream captured at least seven shots being fired. The woman is seen grabbing the camera before the feed cuts off.
The Bellagio Hotel was evacuated as a precaution, though police have confirmed the shooting took place outside and not inside the casino.
At first, it was unclear who had been injured. Social media posts suggested a second victim, which authorities have since confirmed.
The motive behind the attack is still unknown, but online speculation points to a long-running rivalry between the two content creators.
Police say the suspect, who also uses the name Manny Dee, is now in custody.
