Zelenskyy: Key documents drafted to end war with Russia PHOTO
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that the Ukrainian delegation, led by Rustem Umerov and Andrii Hnatov, had held successful talks with the US side, including representatives of US President Donald Trump’s team.
Zelenskyy made the remarks on his Telegram channel, per Caliber.Az.
He said drafts of several key documents had already been prepared, covering security guarantees for Ukraine, the country’s post-war reconstruction, and the creation of a basic framework for ending the conflict.
Zelenskyy stressed that all the documents were drafted with the goal of achieving a genuine end to the war and preventing a third Russian invasion.
“Every Russian strike on Ukraine and the intensity of Russian assaults on the front lines confirm that Ukraine’s determination to end the war far exceeds Russia’s, and this must be corrected by increasing pressure on the aggressor,” he added.
Zelenskyy also said the international community must step up pressure on Russia to ensure peace and security in Europe.
