Zelenskyy appoints 16 new Ukrainian ambassadors
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed the appointment of 16 new ambassadors of Ukraine.
"Personal tasks and performance evaluation criteria have been defined for everyone," Zelenskyy wrote on Telegram, Caliber.Az reports.
Following reports from Ukraine’s military and the Minister of Internal Affairs on July 21, Zelenskyy held a meeting with Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga and the Ministry’s team. During the meeting, the final candidates for the ambassadorial positions were confirmed after a lengthy selection process.
Zelenskyy emphasised that personal tasks and performance evaluation criteria have been established for each appointee. He also stated that a meeting with the new ambassadors will be held to outline the key priorities of Ukrainian diplomacy for the coming six months.
