Zelenskyy concludes Türkiye visit, departs for Albania
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has concluded his visit to Türkiye and is heading to Albania, according to Telegram channel Clash Report.
In Albania, Zelenskyy will take part in the European Political Community Summit, Caliber.Az reports.
Note that, the sixth European Political Community (EPC) summit will take place in Tirana, Albania on May 16, marking the first time Albania hosts the event. Under the theme “New Europe in a New World: Unity – Cooperation – Joint Action,” the meeting will gather 47 heads of state and government.
Co-chaired by European Council President António Costa and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, the summit will open with discussions on European security and a shared future, with Russia’s war in Ukraine expected to be a key focus.
Three roundtables will follow, addressing security and democratic resilience, economic competitiveness and supply chains, and mobility and youth empowerment. The EPC, established in 2022, serves as an informal platform for EU and non-EU countries to align strategic priorities amid global challenges.
