Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has dismissed his adviser Andrew Mac, who was engaged in lobbying activities in the United States on behalf of the Ukrainian authorities, the president's official website said on January 20.

“Andrew Roman Mac is hereby relieved of his duties as Adviser to the President of Ukraine,” the decree reads.
The Telegram channel Politika Strany reports that the reasons behind Mac's dismissal are his involvement in lobbying activities in the US on behalf of the Ukrainian authorities. Particularly, Mac worked closely with Andrii Yermak, the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
