“Yesterday, we were together in Paris – at the meeting of the Coalition of the Willing, and also together in talks with President Trump and other European leaders," he added.
According to the Ukrainian leader, the discussions centered on Ukraine’s participation in EU programs, progress toward membership, sanctions policy, and strengthening national resilience.
“It is evident that now there is a chance to move the situation toward greater security and greater shared results – for Ukraine and for Europe as a whole,” Zelenskyy noted.
He emphasised that particular attention was given to the SAFE initiative and measures to support Ukrainian citizens.
“Today’s negotiations were devoted to what is most important now – Ukraine’s participation in European initiatives, in particular the SAFE initiative, our progress toward EU membership, sanctions policy, and support for our resilience, our people, and above all, our children,” he added.
