Zelenskyy: Russians first in world to use nuclear power plants for terror

Russian troops have become the first in the world to use a nuclear power plant for terror.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made the remarks in his address, according to RBC-Ukraine.

The president stated a serious aggravation around the NPP [in Ukraine].

"Russian terrorists have become the first in the world to use a nuclear power plant, the largest in Europe, for terror. We will draw the world's attention to this and insist on new sanctions against Russia for creating such a global threat," he said.
