Zelenskyy’s office: No ship can enter Ukrainian ports due to expiry of grain deal

Advisor to the head of the Ukrainian President's office Mykhailo Podolyak has said that no cargo ship will enter Ukrainian ports on the Black Sea after the termination of the grain deal.

"No country will decide to send its ships to Ukrainian ports. And it's not a question of ships, it's a question of insurance companies," TASS quotes him as saying.

Earlier, Ukrainian Ambassador to Ankara Vasyl Bodnar said that the Ukrainian authorities are considering the possibility of using a new route for transporting grain through the territorial waters of Bulgaria and Romania. The matter concerns a trilateral grain initiative with the UN and Türkiye.
