Zelenskyy: Ukraine doing everything to punish all those responsible for shelling of Vinnitsia and Mykolaiv

Ukraine is doing everything to punish all the Russians guilty of the shelling of the center of Vinnytsia and two universities in Mykolaiv.

According to UNIAN, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy made the statement on Telegram.

"We clarify the details of each rocket attack on the territory of our state. The terrorists will bear full responsibility for everything they do," said the president.

Zelenskyy recalled that 23 people, including three children, were killed in Vynnitsia. Another 197 of those affected applied for help, and 11 people are still missing.

In Mykolaiv, the educational building of the Pedagogical University was hit four times, with two people injured. Four more missiles hit the building of the National University of Shipbuilding named after Admiral Makarov.
