President Aliyev cautions Garabagh Armenian's not to miss "new historic chance"

President Ilham Aliyev has noted the fact, that a "new historic chance has been created for ordinary people living in Garabagh" and called upon the Armenian population to not miss up on it.
As reported by Caliber.Az, President Aliyev made this urge in the course of his address to the nation on September 20.
“We are ready for this, and the Azerbaijani people know this and I am sure that the Armenian people also know that I am loyal to my word. We propose this, and I hope that our proposal will be accepted. Because this is a proposal based on logic, historical justice, international law and future development”, the head of state underlined.
