Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev engaged in talks with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán during the European Political Community summit on July 18.

The information was disclosed on the official website of the Azerbaijani President, Caliber.Az reports.

The meeting, characterized by a friendly atmosphere, focused on enhancing bilateral relations and cooperation between the two nations.

They expressed satisfaction with Prime Minister Orban's visit to Shusha to participate in the informal summit of the Organisation of Turkic States and the productive meetings held during the summit.

The European Political Community (EPC) meeting is an initiative aimed at fostering political dialogue and cooperation among European nations, beyond the bounds of the European Union. Established to address shared challenges and promote stability and security across the continent, the EPC serves as a platform for leaders to discuss a wide range of political, economic, and social issues.

The current meeting in London marks the fourth summit of the EPC, bringing together heads of state, government officials, and policymakers from various European countries. These meetings focus on enhancing collaboration in areas such as climate change, energy security, migration, and digital transformation. The EPC aims to provide a forum for open and inclusive discussions, encouraging countries to work together to find common solutions to common problems.
