"A perfect boy": Trump congratulates JD Vance on new addition to family PHOTO

US President Donald Trump has congratulated Vice President JD Vance and his family on the birth of their son.

“Congratulations! A perfect baby boy for the wonderful Vance family,” Trump wrote on the social media platform Truth Social.

Alec Neel Vance, the fourth child of Vice President JD Vance and his wife Usha Vance, was born on the morning of July 19, 2026, at Walter Reed National Military Medical Centre. He joins older siblings Ewan (age 9), Vivek (age 6), and Mirabel (age 4).

This birth marks the first time in more than 150 years that a child has been born to a sitting US vice president.
